I first met Dr. Mitch about a year ago after dealing with an injury at my SI joint and trying physical therapy for 8 weeks without any improvement. He did my initial assessment and we concluded that I wasn’t just dealing with an injured SI joint but now sciatica from the area being so bothered for some time. He gave me mobility exercises to do at home to help relieve the symptoms but to also help the area and sciatica recover. The approach Dr. Mitch takes is much different than most. As he takes care in making sure your plan of care gets you back to where you want to be so you can achieve your goals and is a long term solution and not just a short term fix!

I have worked with Dr. Mitch now for about a year now after a severe back/hip pain from a heavy deadlift. From my first time working with him, not only was he able to help subside the pain, he also educated me a lot on movements that I could do on my own to help create space and rebuild my weak links. Highly suggest him if you are very tight/stiff, dealing with a nagging injury, or wanting to see improvement in your body and performance in the gym or any physical activity. He’s one of the best!
